Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Back End Software Developer to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

Our Software Development Team builds and supports a suite of applications. Our flagship product is a web application hosted on AWS and Azure in a SaaS model. We build our front ends using such technologies as JQuery, React, HTML, and CSS. Our APIs and back end services are built using .NET and T-SQL. We utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and various IaC frameworks (Terraform, Ansible) for containerization and deployment.

We're always growing, learning, and experimenting with other technologies and techniques.

What You Will Do:

• You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of teams & projects, you will enhance and maintain the code for the back end API’s, services & desktop applications.
• This role is a good mixture of team work & individual project work.
• You will be responsible for supporting and investigating issues involving released software.
• You will plan & implement model data structures for scalability.
• You will collaborate on designs, with a focus on business requirements, computing & data storage. You will integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• You will interact with the QA team to meet quality & regulatory standards!

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), or equivalent professional experience
• You will need critical thinking, including creative development skills, requirements analysis capabilities, and proven problem-solving skills.
• You have experience developing in a modern IDE.
• You need to be dependable, organized and enjoy working in a changing/fast paced environment.
• You can take direction and work independently to creatively meet business objectives.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $60,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
