Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for an Analyst – Sales Operations to be part of revolutionizing these industries.

In this role you will support the growth and integration efforts of the company by providing sales operations support and improving the efficiency of those operations. You'll interpret sales data, provide tactical administrative support, ensure reporting accuracy, and create actionable insights to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and to drive overall business success.

What You Will Do:

• You will understand, gather, and define business requirements to support the operational needs of the Sales team.
• You will work with the Sales and Operations Leaders to define sales workflow and process and implement those processes in systems, including Salesforce, by partnering with administrators of those systems.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop, test, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide insights into sales performance and key metrics.
• You will deliver weekly and monthly metrics to Sales leadership.
• You will analyze sales data to identify trends and provide feedback to Sales Leadership (e.g. pipeline accuracy, cycle time, opportunity durations that correlate to loss, etc.)
• You will provide administrative support, as well as training, to sales team members on using sales systems effectively, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing workflows.
• You will handle requests related to Sales Operations issues, addressing them in a timely manner and escalating as needed to ensure resolution.
• You will partner with system administrators as the Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce and other Sales team systems used by the team. Including but not limited to the following:
  • Reporting
  • Maintenance, updates, and effective use of available features
  • Training and documentation of processes & workflows
  • Digital Tools ordering process

What You Need to Succeed:

• You have 2+ years of experience in business operations, sales, data or finance.
• You have experience supporting processes and procedures as it relates to sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or an equal amount of related professional experience.
• You are skilled in reporting & data management tools (Power BI, native Salesforce reports, etc.).
• You have successfully used a CRM system to track, analyze or administer a sales process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• You have excellent Excel skills (think Macros & Index Matching)
• You are known for your excellent collaboration & communication skills with an ability to prioritize, negotiate & coordinate work with a variety of internal & external stakeholders. This may include team members outside of sales in product, service, and marketing (in multiple offices).
• You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you.
